There is no paste without copy (or cut, but cut is just copy, then delete).

copy and paste helped me with my signature. I just wish i knew how to access a clipboard that doesn't clear when you copy another thing.

Within Microsoft Office, you can (or at least you used to be able to) see a clipboard history.

If there are things you need often, you might want to look into AutoHotkey. You can program short macros, including simulated keystrokes. You can, among other things, use it as kind of a customizable clipboard.
